If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)
Return Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details
- Our team will verify your request
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping
Product Quality Check
Once we receive the returned product from the delivery partner, it will go through a quality inspection process.
This process may take up to 7 days to verify the condition of the product.
Refunds will be initiated only after successful completion of this quality check.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated after product verification
- Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via bank transfer / UPI
Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Important Notes
- Nikii reserves the right to approve or reject return requests
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors
